Some Friends Shorts

Here are a collection of shorts coming from friends of mine. I did a bit of the camera work on Brobots by the way. And I'm working with Derrick Lui to develop a feature.

My Shorts

I'm my own harshest critic so I can tell you what is wrong with all these, but part of the purpose behind this site is to chronicle my progress as a director. I have now had a huge range of experience on all manner of shoots and am now confident when handling professional crews and actors. I recommend to everyone that they should stop thinking about directing and just get out there and do it, regardless of budget, regardless of equipment, or even one's skill levels. The point is, you never really begin to know this stuff until you do it. And no matter how much theory you know, nothing hammers home the points more than being on set with everyone around asking you what they should do and then getting down to editing what you managed under the circumstances. So here are a few clips of my work in which you can see my style developing.
